Managing Agent - Parc Properties Limited

Following a robust tender process, Parc Properties were appointed as London Yard's Managing Agent in February 2009. (Prior to this it was Wood Management, part of RMG.)

We repeated the tender process in 2013 so we could assure ourselves that our agents were the most cost effective for our needs. Parc again came out as representing best value for money for the development.
