Board Minutes

Board meetings are usually held monthly in Parc's office.

Opposite you will find links to Board and AGM minutes for the current year. Board minutes are produced after each Board meeting, reviewed by the Board and then approved at the following Board meeting. Once approved, they are signed off to be uploaded to LYMC's website and the signed copies kept in Parc's offices as part of LYMC's Company Secretary records.
