Board Minutes

Board meetings are usually held monthly in Parc's office.

Opposite you will find links to 2009 Board and AGM minutes, 2010 Board and AGM minutes and 2011 Board minutes. Board minutes are produced after each Board meeting, reviewed by Board and then approved at the following Board meeting. Once approved, they are signed off to be uploaded to LYMC's website and the signed copies kept in Parc's offices as part of LYMC's Company Secretary records.
