
Shareholders NewslettersThe current Board has, in 2009, sent out newsletters to all shareholders informing them on changes, news, events etc. At the AGM held in September 2009, and elsewhere from shareholders, the Board received positive feedback on these newsletters and has undertaken to continue to produce them for 2010 and 2011. The newsletters are send to all shareholders as part of the quarterly service charge statements. Copies are now on this website, links on the right hand side of the page give access. Much of the information in these newsletters is also useful to tenants and so the Board is, in addition to the current newsletters, providing an abbreviated version for tenants which will be provided in the main blocks and by the Security Hut. The Board is always seeking to improve its communications so if you have any constructive feedback, please email lymc@londonyard.net or contact Parc who will forward the feedback on.
