Estate Maintenance and Improvements
London Yard Management Company Ltd are currently carrying out extensive maintenance works across the development.
This includes works to the gardens, garages, lighting, signage, railings and posts as well as significant work to the externals of the leasehold properties along with renovation of internal communal hallways and stairwells.
External works have already been completed on 65-85 Amsterdam Road, Frans Hals Court, Van Gogh Court and Vermeer Court / Rembrandt Close. It is envisaged that external works will be commenced on all other leasehold blocks during the financial year 2009/10.
For those blocks which have already undergone external repairs (65-85 Amsterdam Road, Frans Hals Court, Van Gogh Court and Vermeer Court / Rembrandt Close) it is planned to renovate the internal communal hallways and stairwells during the financial year 2009/10. The managing agents have already started a tender process for these works. The new internal scheme will be based on similar developments in the local area and will be light and contemporary whilst also being hard-wearing and providing value for money. Details of the materials and colour schemes to be used are available upon request by contacting the managing agents.
The internal renovations for the other properties will be commenced once the external works have been completed.
Ongoing maintenance will follow a 25 year plan of continuous cyclical maintenance which is currently being developed by the managing agents.
